Eating Out and Restaurants : |
Udaipur does not have as much to offer as any major metro city of India but it being relying only on tourist trade every traveler gets his share of bite into the flavors that best suits his tastebuds.
Gram flour is a major ingredient and is used to make some of the delicacies like Khata, Gatta ki sabzi and Pakodi. Powdered lentils are used for Mangodi, Papad, Bajra and Corn is used all over the state for preparations of Rabdi, |

Kheechdi, and Rotis.
Restaurants meeting all budget sizes can easily be discovered from fine rich locality to street lanes. Daal, Baati, Churma

influence of Jainism and Vaishnaism the preferred food here is vegetarian.
Restaurants between the Jagdish Temple and City Palace fits into all the budgets. Lake Palace, Rooftop and Terrace restaurants should come on top of your itinerary list of royal experience.
Some of the restaurants in the area are :

The place’s Terrace Restaurant, open sky, fresh air, starry night with magnificent views of the Lake Palace pays for its ambience. Good varieties of Indian and continental are served. Palak Paneer (Cottage cheese in spinach) is a must try.
