travel in India please refer to our “Air Travel in India Chart.”If you are unable to get to Kochi, you can also take a flight to Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandurum), it will just make your drive up to Alleppey a bit longer, an hour to be exact. However of you wish to do the beaches in Kerala before hitting Alleppey, flying to Thiruvananthapuram will be a better option.

Cities like Cochin, Chennai, Howrah, Bangalore and Bokaro are well connected to Alleppey by road and train.
Alleppey is also well connected through waterways. Alleppey is linked by boat and ferry services through the scenic backwaters to Cochin, Kottayam, Kevalam, Changanassery and Chengannur.
