A typical Rajasthan trip with start or end in Mumbai is what this itinerary is about . While Mumbai is overwhelming, crowded and bustling with activity, the other addition of Aurangabad will take you to the World Heritage sites of Ajanta and Ellora caves. These famous Buddhist caves of 2nd century BC have paintings that show heavy religious influence and are executed on a ground of mud-plaster in the tempera technique.
The Rajasthan part of the trip comprises of the quintessential Golden Triangle along with the other popular tourist cities of the state. The trip in Rajasthan, the land of Maharajas and the fighter clan, with tons of history, color and splendor, will take you back and provide you a feeling of what the olden times were like. Additionally you get to experience the grandeur of Indian history thru its historical monuments in Agra and Delhi.

Day 03 : : Mumbai To Aurangabad
After breakfast, as per your train schedule transfer to Mumbai railway station to take your train to Aurangabad, arrive Aurangabad, pick up from station and transfer to hotel, take rest, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04 : : Aurangabad
After breakfast, full day sightseeing tour to visit Ellora Caves, Daulatabad Fort, evening arrive Aurangabad and visit Bibi Ka Maqbara (Mini Taj), Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 05 : : Aurangabad
After breakfast, full day tour to visit the famous Ajanta Caves, one of the few historical and architectural marvels of India. Recognized as a World Heritage Site, the caves were discovered during the 19th century by a group of British officers who were on a tiger hunt. After visiting Ajanta Caves drive back to Aurangabad. Day 06 : Aurangabad To New Delhi

However getting a guide is an option one can request for an additional cost. A comfortable sedan is used that can easily seat upto 3 passengers.
Our Standard trips are most popular with those looking an upgrade on Basic accommodations. All our Standard trip hotels come with standard amenities like clean rooms, attached baths with added amenities that may or may not include a pool, a restaurant, strategic location, etc. The Standard hotels are what we call an equivalent of 3 star hotels or boutique hotels. While care is taken to choose the best hotels in its category, there might be a difference in quality/ amenities provided at a hotel just on the basis of the place they are located. Rest assured all hotels are above par hotels and individually selected by our experts.
The guests who choose this option are budget conscious but at the same time are willing to pay more for their hotels to get a greater value out of their hotels. Guides are not included in our Standard trips, however getting a guide is an option one can request for an additional cost. A comfortable sedan is used that can easily seat upto 3 passengers.
Comfort Trips are designed keeping in mind the guest who wants to have a hotel with all amenities and comfort.The guests who undertake such trips want to enjoy their hotels as well as sightseeing. Comfort is important and they are willing to pay a premium than encounter a surprise in not having what they expected. The guests who opt for Comfort trips are the ones who do not necessarily want to spend on a 5 star but yet want to enjoy more and less the same amenities as premium hotels.
The hotels we choose are well known brands ( international or local), premium boutique hotels or even a luxury homestay, depending on the choice of the guest. The hotels are selected to provide the best experience and mix of luxury and comfort at a price which is much less than our Luxury trips.

This is best suitable if you want to include Mumbai i in your itinerary. Although on a separate note if you just want to do Mumbai and North, you can eliminate Aurangabad out of this, but it is worth a visit to Ajanta and Ellora caves while you are in Mumbai. However you can replace the long train ride from Aurangabad to Delhi by a domestic flight.
