Day 03 : Delhi To Jaipur
Delhi’s place in the Indian history is depicted in its architectural heritage. Even today you can see the glimpses of history in its various monuments (or what’s left of it) present around the city. Delhi has a long and fascinating history and there are plenty of things to see. There are structures in every nook and corner that speak of Delhi’s heritage .There are cultural happenings all over the town that shout out for its deep-seated root.
After breakfast, day city tour to visit the historical and cultural marvels of Old Delhi. Today your tour will include the visit to Red Fort, Jama Masjid (India Largest Mosque), Additionally you can take a walk or Rickshaw ride through the silver street of Chandni Chowk, visit Rajghat (memorial to Mahatma Gandhi). Retun back to hotel, take rest, evening free to take walk tour around the popular streets markets called Janpath, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04 : Jaipur
After breakfast, day city tour to visit the historical and cultural marvels of New Delhi, today your tour will include the visit to India Gate, a memorial raised in honor of the Indian soldiers martyred during the war, Rashtrapati Bhawan, one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys, Humayun’s Tomb (a World Heritage site) , lotus shaped Bhai’s Temple and Qutub Minar, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty.
Later after lunch, transfer to Jaipur [265 Km, 5 hrs.], arrive Jaipur and check in hotel, take rest, evening free, Overnight at Hotel.
Jaipur is one of the finest planned cities of India, located in the semi-desert lands of Rajasthan. The city which once had been the capital of the royalty now is the capital city of Rajasthan. The very structure of Jaipur resembles the taste of the Rajputs and the Royal families. Shopping, Culinary Delights, History and Culture, Forts and Palaces, it has it all.
Day 05 : Jaipur To Agra
After breakfast, day city tour starting with an excursion to Amber Fort with an elephant ride, a visit to City Palace, Jantar Mantar (a virtual museum about the astronomical observatories built in 1700’s), Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds built of red and pink sandstone in 1799, a unique five-storey exterior with its 953 small windows called Jharokhas, evening free to relax or explore the old pink city markets. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06 : Agra
After breakfast, transfer from Jaipur to Agra [250 Km, 5 Hrs.], on the way stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri, a World heritage site. This red sandstone city was built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in AD 1564 in honour of the Muslim saint Sheikh Salim Chisthi. Fatehpur Sikri was intended to be the capital city but the shortage of water and unrest in the north-west made Akbar abandon it after 14 years.One of the major attractions of this city is the marble tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisthi, continue your drive to Agra, arrive and check in hotel, take rest, evening free, Overnight at the hotel.
Agra is not only the erstwhile capital of Hindustan it is also the present tourism capital of the country .The city situated on the banks of the river Yamuna in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India, is located about 200 kilometers south of the national capital New Delhi. It achieved fame as the capital of the Mughal emperors from 1526 to 1658 and remains a major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era buildings, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, all three of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Day 07 : Agra To Varanasi
Early morning if interested you can visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, ( it opens at 6:00 A.M.) later after breakfast, day city tour to visit Red Fort (red sandstone Fort built by emperor Akbar in 1565), Itmad-ud-daulah ( a mughal mausoleum also known as Baby Taj).
Later in the evening as per your train schedule transfer to Agra train station to board your train to Varanasi.
The city of Varanasi is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Also known as Banaras and Kasha, the city is situated on the banks of Ganges River and is one of the holiest cities in the country.
The culture of Varanasi is closely associated with the River Ganges and the river's religious importance. The city with its medieval labyrinthine layout has been a cultural and religious centre in North India for several thousand years. Varanasi is a city that will overload your senses. Expect your senses to be assaulted by the sounds and smells of thousands of people going about their lives, crowded streets filled with rickshaws and street sellers, the odd cow, Sashes, mourners, pilgrims and everything you did not think existed. It a surreal experience and not for the fainthearted.
Day 08 : Varanasi
Morning arrive Varanasi, pick up and transfer to hotel, after some rest, take a guided day tour to visit Sarnath, one of the Buddhism’s major centers of India, deer park and Museum, today you have a guided tour scheduled in the evening which includes a visit to the Ganges and Ghats. you will take a sunset boat ride in river Ganges. This is later followed by the famous evening “Atari” ( prayer) ceremony at Dasaswamedh Ghat. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09 : Varanasi To Darjeeling
Early morning if interested you can again visit the Ganges and Ghats at Sunrise. The dawn is the time when the temples at the river front are bathed in a lovely hue of orange and the Ghats are just beginning to bustle with various activities and rituals.The culture of Varanasi which is closely associated with the River Ganges comes alive in full bloom.
Return back to hotel and take rest, later visit some of the important temples of Varanasi like Durga temple, Vishwanath temple, Sankat Mochan temple, Tulsi Manas temple and the Bharat Mata temple.
Later in the evening as per your train schedule transfer to Varanasi train station to board your train to New Jalpaiguri.
Arrive New Jalpaiguri, pick up from train station and transfer to Darjeeling, arrive and check in hotel, take rest, evening free to take rest and enjoy the enviable mountain views with an unforgettable sunset, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10 : Darjeeling
Day 11 : Darjeeling To Gangtok
After breakfast, day trip to visit Darjeeling town along with a ride on the famous Darjeeling Hill Railway (now a World Heritage Site) from Darjeeling Town, through the picturesque Batasia Loop and then to the neighboring towns of Ghoom and Kurseong.
Visit some of the famous monasteries of Darjeeling, Dhoom Gompa, this is about 8 km from Darjeeling and has a very beautiful statue of the Maitrayie Buddha is established. The Monastery has also preserved some of the rare handwritten Buddhist manuscripts.
Bhutia Busty Monasteries, Darjeeling, it was founded in 1879, this monastery follows the Vajrayana school of both Kargyud and Nijingmapa order, known as red hat.
Later visit the Samten Choling Monasteries, This Monasteries belongs to the Gelukpa sect of Vajrayana Buddhism, also known as the yellow hat. This is the seat of ven. Dromo Geshe rinpoche, the second. A 26 ft. tall stupa has been built recently in memory of Lama Anagarika Govinda, a great scholar from Germany well known for his book on Buddhism.

Day 12 : Gangtok
After breakfast, transfer from Darjeeling to Gangtok [95 Km. 3 Hrs], on the way one can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from here, arrive and check in hotel, after some rest, explore the capital city of Sikkim. Evening free, Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, half day tour to visit in and around of Sikkim, covering Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, Institute of Handicrafts and handlooms, Flower Show & Rumtek Monastery, evening free, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 13 : Gangtok To Kalimpong
After breakfast transfer from Gangtok to Kalimpong (78kms/2.5 hrs), arrive and check in hotel, take rest, later explore the local markets and nearby places, Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, day sightseeing tour of Kalimpong to visit Durpin Dara Monastery, Flower & Orchid Nurseries, Dello View Point, Mangal Dham Temple, Hanuman Tok and Kalimpong Market. Overnight stay at hotel.
